You may cancel an order enquiry before availability, configuration, final price, delivery and payment are confirmed. Quote the order reference.
2. Bespoke products
For configurable or made-to-order products, return terms and any costs are agreed individually, subject to mandatory law.
3. Complaints
For a concern, send the order reference, photographs and description to office@avvi-trans-m.com. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, this information does not limit them.
